Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Center: I had the privilege of co-founding Blue Ridge Autism Center with Angie Leonard in September 2002. Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Center’s mission is to serve children and families who are faced with unique learning challenges, specifically autism and learning disabilities, in and around the Roanoke Valley.
The Lampstand
The Lampstand is Virginia’s only residential program specifically for survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking under 18 years old. A beautiful property has been purchased, renovated, and furnished in the Greater Roanoke Valley area to provide short term residential care to girls ages 11 to 17.

Treasure Path to Soul Winning was founded by my dad J.O. Grooms over 50 years ago. My dad is with the Lord now but Treasure Path continues to reach people worldwide with the Gospel of Christ. Treasure Path has three important goals: Memorization of Scripture; Personal Evangelism; and Equipping Indigenous Leaders. We are giving local believers in India and other countries the tools and confidence they need to build growing churches of evangelism-minded converts.
