JESUS: WISDOM

Christ . . . the wisdom of God

1 Corinthians 1:24

Jesus is Wisdom, the fountainhead of all truth. All knowledge began with Jesus, and any

knowledge you have flows from Him into the world. As Wisdom flows into your life, will you

share it with the world? Jesus is Wisdom; can He guide you because He knows what is best for you?

Lord, I need wisdom in my family relationship; there’s so much I don’t

know. I need wisdom in my work; there’s so much I have to do.

I need wisdom just to keep my life on an even keel.

Jesus is Wisdom. He understands how people should relate to one another and treat others. As Wisdom, He knows how you can perform the tasks you face this day; let Him help you. As Wisdom, He knows where the bumps are located in your road; follow His direction. As Wisdom, Jesus knows how the Enemy will tempt you; let Him protect you. Jesus is Wisdom; let Him show you the needs of this day, and let His wisdom solve your problems (James 1:5).

Lord, I need wisdom to stand against the adversary, I face subtle temptations. I need

wisdom to apply Your Word to my life. I confess my foolish pride that thinks I am

smarter than You. I ask forgiveness for my stubborn will, for refusing to learn

from You. I ask for wise guidance throughout this day. Be Wisdom to me. Amen.”
